RETURNS POLICY

 

At Insidefit, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day refund policy.

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when it was received.
The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
The original packaging and tags must be intact.
To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at info@insidefit.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets the above conditions, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for shipping fees or gift cards. Additionally, we do not accept returns or refunds for intimate apparel that has been worn or washed, due to hygiene reasons.

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and issue a refund or exchange.
